“ We visited Papilio on a sunny day for a quick lunch and decided to stay outside. The food was delicious, service prompt, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. They had some lunch deals as well, offering good value for money. I had a brief look around during my trip to the restroom, and the interior decor is beautiful. The only downside was the dessert—the cheesecake looked and tasted store-bought. It appeared too perfect and tasted a bit bland. Nevertheless, we will definitely be back to experience dining indoors. “ Wow this place is amazing. We came here for afternoon tea. I didn't expect much but we were thrilled as the food was fresh and delicious. We were offered extra sandwiches and the cocktails were lovely. The venue is beautiful and spacious. Will definitely come here again. I recommend. “ Booked a table last minute on a Saturday evening and was so glad they had availability. Gorgeous setting, friendly, funny and professional staff, great service and absolutely delicious food! I was so happy to see monkfish on the menu and it was superb. My dad loved the blackened cod and said the lime butter gave it a really great flavour. My dad’s friend had the ahi tuna said it was cooked to perfection. We ate almost in silence because the food was too good to talk! We all agreed we’d be back again as there is such a variety on the menu! ”

“ A Five-Star Experience from Plate to Stage ​We recently enjoyed an outstanding evening at Papillo Beckenham, and it impressed us across the board. This was our fourth visit to the restaurant. The kitchen delivered truly great food, which was only surpassed by the generous portions—definitely bring your appetite! Every dish was clearly prepared with care and high-quality ingredients. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the service; the entire team was exceptionally polite and attentive, with a special shout-out to Tayfun for his warm, professional, and attentive approach. To top it all off, the beautiful live music provided the perfect acoustic backdrop, truly acting as the icing on the cake for an already perfect night out. ”

“ I visited this establishment that I’ve been wanting to try out for quite some time. They were the only restaurant I could find in Beckenham that sold a Tomahawk steak so I had a business lunch there with my colleague and we had Mac and cheese for starters and salt and pepper squid. Both of these were perfectly cooked very fresh and hot with excellent flavours and super presentation particularly for the squid. We treated ourselves to the 700 g Black Angus Tomahawk steak requesting a medium rare and it did not disappoint. It was cooked on the charcoal grill giving it immense flavour but was also seasoned perfectly and cooked Exactly as it should’ve been. Accompaniment of French fries which were clearly produced from fresh potatoes slightly seasoned giving an excellent experience. We had a brandy peppercorn sauce and a pecorino mushroom sauce. These were both very good. It feels like a five star experience and will definitely not disappoint. Entire bill, including service charge plus one Diet Coke and a large bottle of sparkling San Pellegrino came to just over £99 Which for the quality received was good value. There are less expensive lunchtime and dinner set menus with a two course lunch at £18.95 and a three course lunch at £23.95. The manager was helpful and friendly and both the waitresses were very attentive and professional while being friendly at the same time . I highly recommend this establishment if you want good quality fresh tasty food in a comfortable in atmospheric environment.
